NAVIGATING TODAY
Captiva Spine delivers enabling technology, implants, and procedural solutions for spine care.
The spine industry continues to evolve through change, reform, and consolidation. In that environment, the need for a loyal, ethical, and responsive spine company continues to grow. Captiva Spine meets that need by delivering practical solutions, personalized support, and a real-world understanding of the clinical and economic demands facing spine surgeons, facilities, and distribution partners. That balance defines how we serve our customers every day.
Expandable Lumbar Cage:
An expandable interbody fusion device designed for minimally invasive spine procedures. The EquiLOX Expandable Lumbar Cage System features a practical design intended to support surgical workflow while providing a streamlined approach to MIS interbody fusion.
Spine Navigation System – Enabling Technology:
Designed to support surgical workflow by merging a pre-operative CT scan with 2D imaging through an advanced registration algorithm, providing real-time 3D visualization of the patient’s spine during surgery. By eliminating the need for intraoperative 3D imaging for registration, the system is intended to help reduce operative time and radiation exposure for patients and staff while supporting procedural efficiency.
Lateral SI Fusion:
A fully threaded, self-drilling, self-tapping bone screw designed for sacroiliac joint fixation. The implant features circular fenestrations arranged in a helical pattern along the shaft to support transfixing the SI joint.
3D Printed Titanium Interbodies:
Produced using advanced 3D printing technology, these titanium alloy interbody fusion devices incorporate a dual-layer lattice structure with a micro-rough surface topography, interconnected dual porosity, and open architecture.
Lumbar Solutions:
TowerLOX-EXT MIS Extended Tab Pedicle Screws provide 15 mm of controlled built-in rod reduction above the break-off while preserving the versatility, reliability, and secure performance associated with a tower-based MIS pedicle screw system. Its narrow insertion path, paired with TowerLOX’s patented articulating rod delivery and reduction options, expands the system’s procedural capabilities.
